Supply Chain Management Research Seminar

The Department of Supply Chain Management and Management Science, the Department of Business Policy and Logistics and the Department of Supply Chain Management and Production organize a joint Reseach Seminar where members of the Departments as well as external researchers are invited to present their current work.

The objective of the Research Seminar is to increase awareness of research conducted in the area, and, in the long run, to launch joint research projects.

Description

The seminar series is supposed to be a regular non-mandatory meeting for members of the SCM area and others. The focus is on presenting and discussing

  • ideas for further research,
  • intermediate reports regarding ongoing projects, and
  • recent final results.

The seminar’s designated target is to establish a discussion platform, to increase awareness of research conducted in the area, and, in the long run, to launch joint research projects. Topics of presentations may cover all aspects being relevant in the field of SCM. All members of the area are highly encouraged to contribute by presenting their work.

Location: Seminarraum 1, Modulbau / WiSo
Time: 12 - 1 pm (approx. 45 mins presentation, 15 mins discussion)
